KPEI Certified Counselor #2022-002420

Hello! I am a therapist with a multicultural background, which informs my understanding of the complex ways in which identity, relationships, and environment shape individual experiences. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and approach my work with cultural sensitivity, clinical attunement, and respect for each client’s unique perspective. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative and intentional space in which clients can explore their internal experiences, gain insight, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). I integrate evidence-based strategies to support clients in identifying and modifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, while maintaining a strong emphasis on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. This balanced approach allows for both structured skill-building and deeper emotional processing within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

I am committed to supporting the whole person by remaining attentive to the broader contextual factors that influence well-being, including cultural, relational, and environmental dynamics. At the core of my practice is a belief in the transformative potential of therapy and the importance of fostering self-awareness, resilience, and psychological flexibility. I strive to support my clients in developing a more integrated understanding of themselves and in navigating their inner world with greater clarity and intention.
